Katie and I went on a field trip today with our friend Bernadette and her son, John Paul. The Notre Dame football team plays the University of Maryland tomorrow in DC. Because both Notre Dame and Bishop McNamara HS are run by the Holy Cross brothers, the Fighting Irish's marching band used McNamara's football field to rehearse for tomorrow's game.
Carmela (BMHS '10) is one of the few students who Adam and I both taught and both coached. She is an amazing young lady who's on track to attend the Air Force Academy next fall. We're really proud of her. She was in town for interviews for the nomination process.

Megan Clark is the goalie for the lacrosse team. She's also the youngest child of the President of McNamara, Marco, who hired both Adam and me. She was pretty excited to see Katie.
