Weekend Update

Saturday, we cleaned the first floor of the house.  We really hadn't done a good de-clutter clean out in a while. We still have a lot to do to have a clean house, but the kitchen, bar, and "Jesus room" look much better.

Saturday afternoon, I had a meeting at work, so we attended Mass at St Matthias and got to shop the book fair.  Katie was amazing in Mass.

Today, we ventured out in the flurries to get wreaths for Grandma and Grandpa T from their church.  Mommy got coffee, daddy got tea and Katie got lemon pound cake (sadly no vanilla scones, which are her first choice).

This afternoon, we played inside and outside since it snowed-iced-rained.

We even went sledding before dinner!

This weekend, we missed out on an important milestone for a very important woman. The Duggan family came together to celebrate Grandma's 90th birthday!  We were told not to even try to come with winter weather and small children. We did a lot of FaceTime fun. Happy 90th Grandma!
