We also celebrated two first birthday! Bryce is Will's little buddy from daycare. Elizabeth's parents are our good friends, Cappy and Megan, who recently moved back from Boston.
Katie- She's starting to show kid-like rigidity and coping (saying "nothin' " and coming up with imaginative answers). Her favorite book right now is "those darn squirrels" and she likes wearing dresses. She wants her brother to be around her and happy. She tells him what to do, and can be a helper.
She enjoys independence. She will say "don't look at me" if she is doing something on her own and wants a ta-da moment (ie putting on shoes). She has her main colors down, and is intrigued by letters. She can recognize K, W, M and a few other are inconsistent but close. She enjoys the Disney dictionary. She can be sneaky, inventive and silly.
William- walking for longer stretches at a time, still only babbling ba and da noises. Loves balls, banging blocks together, flipping book pages, climbing the stairs and everything possible, finding mommy. He hugs the dogs and gives kisses!
